Returns are costly for businesses, both financially and environmentally. Processing them requires additional employee time as well as resources such as fuel and electricity. Unfortunately, we are used to free returns, but at the expense of our planet. MYMARINI stands for sustainable consumption, therefore we charge a fee of €4 for each return.

To return your MYMARINI, enter your zip code and your shop order number (e.g. ON12345) or the DHL shipment number in our returns portal. You can generate a return label in just a few steps. The drop-off points indicated are only suggestions; you can drop off the return at any acceptance point of the respective parcel service.
To make it easier for us to allocate your return to your order, please enclose the delivery note to your return.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase costs minus a 4.00€ return fee. Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags. Please try them on only with underwear.
Returns from Switzerland are handled through our shipping service provider, Meineinkauf.ch. For this purpose, the return label is included in your parcel. Simply stick the return label on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest parcel station.

In order for your return to be processed smoothly, please enclose the delivery note with your return. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price.
IMPORTANT: For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the parcel and the package must be marked with the word "Return" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise, costs of 40 euros plus VAT will be charged.
MYMARINIs can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags within 14 days. Please try to also include the original MYMARINI-box, this helps preserving our environment.

To return your MYMARINI simply use our portal for returns. You just have to fill in your tracking number, which we sended to you in your order confirmation, and your post code. With the generated return label you can send your return back to us for free. The listed delivery points are only suggestions so you can hand in your return in every acceptance point with the used delivery service. To make it easier for us to allocate your return to your order, please enclose the delivery note to your return. Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags. Please try them on only with underwear. Please try to also include the original MYMARINI-box, this helps preserving our environment. As soon as you return has arrived and been checked, we will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment option.

If you want to exchange your MYMARINI please send us your order back as a return. Each return will cost a return fee of €4. We will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment option and you can place a new order in the color, the style or the size that you want in our online shop. For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the parcel and the package must be marked with the word "Return" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise import duties may apply.
If you received your order in a RePack, you are welcome to use it for the return shipment to our warehouse in Triberg. Simply pack your return as usual and adjust the size of the RePack with the Velcro. Seal the RePack additionally with an adhesive tape (preferably paper tape). Then carefully stick the return label back to our warehouse in Triberg onto your RePack and make sure that the small flap with the address of RePack is folded INWARDS (not visible).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use our return portal for orders placed through the Avocadostore. This is indicated in the shipping and return conditions of our MYMARINIs on the Avocadostore website. For a return, please send your MYMARINI to us with tracking at your own expense:
