Returns & exchanges
Returns are costly for businesses, both financially and environmentally. Processing them requires additional employee time as well as resources such as fuel and electricity. Unfortunately, we are used to free returns, but at the expense of our planet. MYMARINI stands for sustainable consumption, therefore we charge a fee of €4 for each return.

Germany & Austria
To return or exchange your MYMARINI item, please enter your order number (e.g. ON12345) and email address in our returns portal. You can generate a return label in just a few simple steps.
Exchanges are free of charge.
For returns with a refund, a return fee of €4 will be deducted from the refunded amount once we receive your return.
Please ensure that returns or exchanges are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should only be tried on over underwear.
Switzerland
Returns from Switzerland are handled through our shipping service provider, Meineinkauf.ch. For this purpose, the return label is included in your parcel. Simply stick the return label on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest parcel station.
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase costs minus a €4 return fee. Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags. Try them on only with underwear.

In order for your return to be processed smoothly, please enclose the delivery note with your return. Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price.
IMPORTANT: For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the parcel and the package must be marked with the word "Return" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise, import duties may be incurred.

If you are located in Germany or Austria, you can request your exchange directly via our returns portal. Simply enter your order details and follow the steps to select the item and the new size or style.
For all other countries, exchanges are handled as a regular return. Please send your order back to us as a return. Each return will incur a return fee of €4. We will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method, and you can place a new order in your preferred color, style, or size via our online shop.
