Shipping & payment policies
Shipping costs are added to your order at checkout. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Please use the tracking information to follow your delivery and ensure your MYMARINI arrives safely. If you can’t find the email, please also check your spam folder.
Express shipping: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 p.m. are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are shipped the next business day.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees may apply. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Please note:
- We do not cover any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may occur during international deliveries.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations once the goods have been dispatched or have reached the customs border of the destination country.
- Due to customs regulations, we cannot accept orders outside the EU with a total value above €1000.

Shopify Payments
In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:

Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet app to process the transaction.

PayPal
Paying with PayPal takes just a few steps:
- Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
- You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
- If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. A PayPal account is not required for payments by direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal or purchase on invoice via PayPal.
- You will then be redirected back to mymarini.com.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods. The invoice terms for deliveries to Germany and to Austria can be found at the respective links.
- Installments: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95). Installments are due at the end of each month following receipt of a monthly statement from Klarna. Further information including terms and conditions and European standard information for consumer credit can be found here.
- SOFORT: Your account will be debited immediately upon placement of the order.
- Direct debit: The amount will be debited after dispatch of the goods. You will be notified of the exact date by e-mail.
The use of the payment methods Invoice, Installments and Direct debit is subject to a positive credit check. As part of the purchase initiation and processing, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit verification. We can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
