Shipping & Returns
The payment option „Bank Deposit“ means that we can ship your order as recently as we receive your payment. If you choose both, Bank Deposit and express delivery for your order the options are contradicting. You can send us your transfer form to service@mymarini.com so that we can make sure to guarantee you a fast delivery.
Returns are costly for businesses, both financially and environmentally. Processing them requires additional employee time as well as resources such as fuel and electricity. Unfortunately, we are used to free returns, but at the expense of our planet. MYMARINI stands for sustainable consumption, that's why we charge a fee of €4 for each return.
To return your MYMARINI simply use our portal for returns. You just have to fill in your tracking number, which we sended to you in your order confirmation, and your post code. With the generated return label you can send your return back to us for free. The listed delivery points are only suggestions so you can hand in your return in every acceptance point with the used delivery service. To make it easier for us to allocate your return to your order, please enclose the delivery note to your return. Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags. Please try them on only with underwear. Please try to also include the original MYMARINI-box, this helps preserving our environment. As soon as you return has arrived and been checked, we will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment option.
When you want to return your MYMARINI from any country besides Germany & Austria our portal can't be used. Please return your MYMARINI to this address:

For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached to the outside of the parcel and the package must be marked with the word "Return" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise import duties may apply. To make it easier for us to allocate your return to your order, please enclose the delivery note to your return.
If you want to exchange your MYMARINI please send us your order back as a return. Each return will cost a return fee of €4. We will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment option and you can place a new order in the color, the style or the size that you want in our online shop. Because the UK do not belong to the EU there may be custom costs.
If you buy from the UK or any other non-EU country, there will be no german VAT on your invoice. The purchase amount will stay the same. In case your order is stopped by customs the common fees are due: e.g. GB VAT and customs duties. Unfortunately we are not able to change the customs system. As for example the UK is not part of the EU, your ordered items are goods that get imported to a non - EU country and the customs is interposed.
Express orders placed by 12 p.m. will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the following business day. You can track the shipping status at any time using the tracking number provided to you via email after the transfer to our shipping partner, DHL.
No. If you return your order or part of your order to us, the outgoing shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Payment
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, sofort bank transfer and bank deposit.
As soon as we have your return you will get your purchase amount refunded to the payment method you did choose for your order. If you paid with your credit card, the money will be refunded back to it. It can take a while until the amount will be seen on your billing with most of the credit cards. The amounts are cashed up once a month and are then visible on your account. Most of the times the billing is on the 15th of the month.
Sizing & Styles
Actually every different color way fits different. Especially the lighter colors are a little softer and therefore more stretchy. Dark colors as black or navy are firmer and seem to fit a little bit smaller because of that. If you are torn between two sizes choose the bigger one at dark colors and the smaller one at light colors.
If an item or your size is sold out, it doesn’t mean that it won’t be restocked. You can sign to an E-Mail notification for all items that we will produce further. If this option is not available it does mean that we will no longer produce that item.
We decided to produce our items fully made out of fabric. We do not use underwires, clasps, cups etc. Because of good patterns and the high quality, strong material our MYMARINIS do support very well. You can find all styles with good support by selecting the filter "Good support" in our shop.
To access what size fits you right you can use our size chart, which you can find in every product. If you are torn between two sizes your height is deciding. If you’re over 175cm we recommend you to choose the bigger one. We also recommend you to choose the bigger size with items in darker colors like black or navy, those are fitting a little smaller.
The MYMARINIS have to fit tight like a second skin. The fabric will relax in the water but doesn’t go baggy.
Many MYMARINIS are perfect for water sports. Find all styles, that support you best in the water, by selecting the filter "Good support" in our shop.
Care
Because of our double layered fabric, which makes them wearable on both sides, gives a good support and has a „Mini-Shape-Effect“, they dry a little longer although they are made from a very fast drying material. It takes a while until both layers are fully dried, please make sure it’s not wet anymore before you fold it.
It is very important to us that you enjoy your MYMARINI for a long time and that it stays beautiful for many years! Please wash your MYMARINI in the washing machine only rarely, and no more than 30 degrees. Use environmentally friendly detergent and to avoid microplastic we recommend the Guppy Friend wash bag. If possible, after bathing in salt or chlorine water, rinse it with clear water to preserve the colors and elasticity. Special feature for MYMARINIs with white fabric: To keep the white fabric bright for a long time, please wash your MYMARINI only by hand. RePack
You can easily choose RePack as your shipping package during check-out and thus opt for our most sustainable shipping method. For this we charge you a nominal fee of €4. As soon as you have successfully returned the RePack to the cycle, you will receive your reward by mail. You can find more info on how to return your RePack here.
If something doesn't fit or you need to return an item, you can of course also use RePack. Simply pack your return as usual and adjust the size of the RePack with the Velcro. Please seal the RePack additionally with an adhesive tape (preferably paper tape).
To get your return label please use our return portal. Each return will cost a return fee of €4.
Once you have successfully returned your RePack, you will receive an email with your personal coupon code at the address provided. If you received a RePack for the first time, please make sure to follow the instructions on the enclosed guide. Find more info on how to get your RePack safely on its way home here.
Of course you will receive your reward even if you don't like a style and send something back to us. The RePack will then be prepared for the next order at our shipping department and you will receive a €20 voucher for your next purchase.
Each RePack has an unique ID number that is assigned to the order. When you return the RePack, it has to be registered and linked again. So it may take a few days before you receive your voucher code. If you still haven't received an email after two weeks, please contact our service.
Take Back program
The MYMARINI Take Back Program started as a pilot project in 2023 and has now become a permanent pillar of our contribution to SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production. It allows you, as a customer, to return your MYMARINI items when you no longer need them. Simply register through the online form. As a thank you, you’ll receive a voucher code for your next purchase after sending in your items.
We have made the Take Back Program a permanent feature in order to take ongoing responsibility for the products we manufacture and sell. This program ensures that our products are not simply discarded to end up in landfills. Instead, they are reused or recycled in the most sustainable way possible.
For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all garments are washed and dried before returning them. Each customer can make one return per year, with no limit on the number of items per return. You will receive one €30 (for customers in Germany) or €35 (for customers outside of Germany) voucher regardless of the number of MYMARINIs returned. All MYMARINI items from previous collections, including swimwear, retreat wear, loungewear, and beach house items, are eligible for return. Please note that we only accept MYMARINI products and not clothing from other manufacturers. This program does not serve as a product return for refund purposes.
The MYMARINI Take Back Program is not a service for refunds, and therefore, it is not possible to receive a refund for returned items. Instead, we accept your worn or no longer wanted MYMARINI items to take responsibility for our products and evaluate the best possible reuse for them. As a thank-you for participating in the program, we’ll cover the shipping costs for customers in Germany and reward your contribution with a €30 MYMARINI voucher, which you can use for your next purchase. Customers outside of Germany can also participate but need to cover the shipping costs. A €35 voucher code for a future purchase is our reward for your support.
To participate in the MYMARINI Take Back Program, first consider which MYMARINIs you haven’t worn for a while and are ready to return. Then, register online through the form.
For customers living in Germany
Through our online form, you can request a shipping label, which you will receive via email a few days later. As a token of gratitude, after sending in your items, we will provide you with a €30 discount code for your next purchase.
For customers living outside of Germany
Currently, we can only cover shipping costs for returns from within Germany. However, we want everyone to have the opportunity to participate in the Take Back program. You’re welcome to send us any MYMARINIs you no longer want to keep – you’ll just need to cover the shipping costs yourself. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a €35 discount code for your next MYMARINI purchase.
Ensure that your MYMARINIs are washed before shipping, as our team handles and sorts the garments upon arrival. Please be aware of the program’s terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, we can only accept MYMARINI items as part of the Take Back Program. We cannot accept clothing from other manufacturers. This is because we can trace the exact composition and chemical use in our products, which is essential for optimal reuse. Additionally, as a small company, our personnel and storage capacities are limited.
We are committed to keeping you updated on the progress of our Take Back Program. You can follow us through our social media channels, newsletter, and journal and especially our impact board, where we will share information about the project.
At this time, the Take Back Program is not available through our retailers. We will consider expanding the program once we have gathered sufficient experience and feedback from its current implementation.
Ecological Footprint
Measuring the environmental impact of products is essential to understand their influence on our environment. By analyzing environmental indicators such as greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, and land use, we can draw informed conclusions and develop appropriate measures to reduce or offset the negative impacts.
The measurement of environmental impacts is carried out by Made2Flow, using the methodology of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) according to ISO 14040 and the latest PEF-CR guidelines. LCA is a scientific approach to assessing the environmental impacts of products, processes, or services. It relies on environmental indicators that use measurable variables to describe complex environmental issues. These indicators include greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, land use, and more.
Environmental indicators provide a practical system for monitoring the state of the environment. They are methodological tools that use measurable variables to describe complex environmental issues. Key indicators include greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), water consumption, and land use.
GHG stands for greenhouse gases. These gases absorb and emit infrared radiation within the Earth's wavelength range. Measured in kilograms of CO2 equivalent (Kg CO2-eq), they include gases like carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and methane.
Geography and location play an important role. Different power grids and regional variations can significantly influence the final environmental outcomes of a product.
Made2Flow collects data on various aspects, including machine usage, energy mix, water consumption, waste management, and chemicals. The platform tracks different processes along the specific supply chain to determine the inputs and outputs of each step.
Primary data comes directly from the supply chain, while secondary data comes from other sources, such as previous LCA studies or previously collected primary data. Primary data enables a personalized Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
In case primary data is not provided (or cannot be provided) by the suppliers, Made2Flow fills data gaps by using validated secondary data based on previously collected primary data and published LCAs. The algorithm completes missing data by considering factors such as time, geography, and technology. Continuous data collection ensures the use of current and relevant data specific to the geographic and representative aspects of the processes involved.
The value chain in the fashion industry is divided into four main stages:
Stage 0: Brand's direct activities, such as stores, warehouses, and offices.
Stage 1: Manufacturing of garments, including cutting and sewing.
Stage 2: Preparation and production of sub-components, such as fabrics and ingredients.
Stage 3: Processing of raw materials, such as yarns.
Stage 4: Cultivation, production, and extraction of raw materials from the earth, plants, and animals, such as cotton cultivation or extraction of fossil fuels.
