Can I choose express delivery and pay by Bank Deposit?

The payment option „Bank Deposit“ means that we can ship your order as recently as we receive your payment. If you choose both, Bank Deposit and express delivery for your order the options are contradicting. You can send us your transfer form to so that we can make sure to guarantee you a fast delivery.

How can I return my order?

Returns from Germany & Austria

To return your MYMARINI simply use our portal for returns at You just have to fill in your tracking number, which we sended to you in your order confirmation, and your post code. With the generated return label you can send your return back to us for free. The listed delivery points are only suggestions so you can hand in your return in every acceptance point with the used delivery service. To make it easier for us to allocate your return to your order, please enclose the delivery note to your return.
Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags. Please try them on only with underwear. Please try to also include the original MYMARINI-box, this helps preserving our environment. As soon as you return has arrived and been checked, we will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment option.

Returns from everywhere else

When you want to return your MYMARINI from any country besides Germany & Austria our portal can't be used. Please return your MYMARINI to this address:

How can I exchange my order?

If you want to exchange your MYMARINI please send us your order back as a return. We will refund your purchase price to your chosen payment option and you can place a new order in the color, the style or the size that you want in our online shop.

Do I have to expect custom costs if I order to Switzerland or to the UK?

Because Switzerland and the UK do not belong to the EU there may be custom costs. If you want to be safe and buy MYMARINI duty-free from Switzerland, take a look at our swiss stockists or shop online at GLOBUS. Unfortunately, in the UK we don´t have stockists yet.

What taxes do I have to pay when ordering from Switzerland or from the UK?

If you buy from Switzerland or the UK, there will be no german VAT on your invoice. The purchase amount will stay the same. In case your order is stopped by customs the common fees are due: Swiss VAT/GB VAT and customs duties. Unfortunately we are not able to change the customs system. As Switzerland and the UK are not part of the EU, your ordered items are goods that get imported to a non - EU country and the customs is interposed.


What payment options are available?

You can pay with PayPal, credit card, sofort bank transfer and bank deposit.

Why was my money not refunded yet? (credit card)

As soon as we have your return you will get your purchase amount refunded to the payment method you did choose for your order. If you paid with your credit card, the money will be refunded back to it. It can take a while until the amount will be seen on your billing with most of the credit cards. The amounts are cashed up once a month and are then visible on your account. Most of the times the billing is on the 15th of the month.


Why do different styles fit different?

Actually every different color way fits different. Especially the lighter colors are a little softer and therefore more stretchy. Dark colors as black or navy are firmer and seem to fit a little bit smaller because of that. If you are torn between two sizes choose the bigger one at dark colors and the smaller one at light colors.

Will sold-out styles get restocked?

If an item or your size is sold out, it doesn’t mean that it won’t be restocked. You can sign to an E-Mail notification for all items that we will produce further. If this option is not available it does mean that we will no longer produce that item.

Do MYMARINI offer enough support without cups?

We decided to produce our items fully made out of fabric. We do not use underwires, clasps, cups etc. Because of good patterns and the high quality, strong material our MYMARINIS do support very well. Here are all styles that will support you the best.

What is the right size for me?

To access what size fits you right you can use our size chart. If you are torn between two sizes your height is deciding. If you’re over 175cm we recommend you to choose the bigger one. We also recommend you to choose the bigger size with items in darker colors like black or navy, those are fitting a little smaller.
The MYMARINIS have to fit tight like a second skin. The fabric will relax in the water but doesn’t go baggy.

Is my MYMARINI right for water sports?

Many MYMARINIS are perfect for water sports. Find all styles, that support you best in the water, here.


Does my MYMARINI dry fast?

Because of our double layered fabric, which makes them wearable on both sides, gives a good support and has a „Mini-Shape-Effect“, they dry a little longer although they are made from a very fast drying material. It takes a while until both layers are fully dried, please make sure it’s not wet anymore before you fold it.

How do I care for my MYMARINI the right way?

It is very important to us that you enjoy your MYMARINI for a long time and that it stays beautiful for many years! Please wash your MYMARINI in the washing machine only rarely, and no more than 30 degrees. Use environmentally friendly detergent and to avoid microplastic we recommend the Guppy Friend wash bag. If possible, after bathing in salt or chlorine water, rinse it with clear water to preserve the colors and elasticity.
Special feature for MYMARINIs with white fabric: To keep the white fabric bright for a long time, please wash your MYMARINI only by hand. Do I need to have prior yoga or surf experience?

About the yoga: It is helpful if you have some basic yoga knowledge, but you its definitely not a must.
Our instructors will safely guide and introduce you to the yoga principles and will offer suitable adjustments according to your level of experience.
All levels are welcome!
About the surf: No, there is no need to have any surf experience. If there are different surf levels within our retreat group, then we divide the groups into “beginners" and “advanced".

When do I receive my free MYMARINI?

As soon as the entire retreat fee has been balanced, we will send you your favourite and desired MYMARINI to your home.

Do you offer transportation from the airport/train station?

Yes, on each retreat we can offer or arrange transportation from the recommended airport/train station for you.
We will inform you about the details during the booking process.

Can I join on my own?

Yes, absolutely. We even recommend joining a retreat on your own, so you can completely be yourself. You will soon meet a supportive group of wonderful people and make new friends. Besides, we do our best to make you feel home!

How many people are on a retreat?

There are between 6 - 12 people on a retreat.

Are men allowed to join the retreats as well?

Yes. Unfortunately we can’t offer them a MYMARINI, but feel free to take part of our adventure alone or bring your partner or a friend. Everyone is welcome!

These terms and conditions of participation

1. Coverage of application These terms and conditions of participation apply to all raffles conducted by MYMARINI GmbH, Eppendorfer Weg 86, 20259 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). By participating, each participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram. It is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram and does not create any legal claims against Instagram. All information in this contest is provided solely by the organizer.

2. Participation

2.1 Any natural person in his/her own name with a minimum age of 18 years is entitled to participate. Participants who have already reached the age of sixteen, but are not yet of legal age, may only take part in the raffle with the consent of their legal guardians.

2.2 Excluded from participation are minors under the age of 16 years and persons without legal capacity.

2.3 The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate these terms and conditions of participation or who obtain or wish to obtain an advantage over other participants by improperly influencing or manipulating the raffle. In such cases, the Organizer may also exclude participants from the competition retroactively, forfeit prizes and reclaim them.

2.4 Participation is only possible within the time limit specified in the description of the competition. Each participant may only participate once in an identical competition.

2.5 Excluded from participation in the competition are employees of the competition organizer as well as employees of the companies involved in this competition and their direct relatives.

2.6 Eligible participants are persons residing in the EU.

3. Execution of the raffle

3.1 Prerequisite for participation in the contest is a comment on the Instagram presence of the organizer or the re-positioning of a photo on Instagram. Which action is to be taken can be taken directly from the competition participation page. If a further prerequisite for participation in the raffle is necessary, this is directly stated in the description of the raffle. The raffle will be held within the specified period. All participants who meet the requirements mentioned under items 2 and 3 by the respective time of the draw will be considered for the competition. Immediately after expiry of the participation period, the winner will be drawn at random from among the participants.

3.2 Any change or cash payment of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable.

4.Processing of winnings

4.1 The winner will be notified by the Organizer by e-mail or electronically (via Instagram Direct Message). With respect to the prize, each entrant so notified shall be required to inform the Organizer within one month of the date of dispatch of the notification whether he accepts the prize. If the Organizer does not receive such notification within this period, the possibility of accepting the prize shall be forfeited and the Organizer reserves the right to identify and notify another Participant accordingly.

4.2 If the contact details provided by the participant are incorrect (e.g. e-mail address), the Organizer is not obliged to determine the correct data. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details (e.g. incorrect e-mail address) shall be borne by the participant.

5. Liability for defects The Organizer shall only be liable for damages incurred by the winner due to material and/or legal defects in the event of malice, intent or gross negligence. Any other liability for material and/or legal defects is excluded.

6. Early termination, adjustment or modification of the raffle The organizer is entitled to terminate, adapt or change the competition prematurely at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, if a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed without appropriate measures for technical or legal reasons.

7. Data protection

7.1 The Organizer uses the data of the participants received in the course of participation in the competition to carry out and process the competition. You can object to the storage and use of your data for this purpose at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below.

7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on a competition page, provided the winner has not objected to this.

7.3 Upon textual request to the Organizer, the participant will be informed about the personal data stored about him/her and has the opportunity to correct this data.

8. Intellectual property/ rights of use/ exemption agreement

8.1 The participant affirms that all images published by him do not violate the rights of third parties and that the participant alone is entitled to dispose of the rights to the published images without restriction and free of rights of third parties. The participant further declares that he has not made any disposition of the rights contrary to these Terms of Use or will not make any dispositions in the future.

8.2 With regard to the published images, the Participant grants the Organizer a simple right of use, unlimited in time and place, with regard to all types of use for publication on the Instagram Page, the Facebook Page and this website. Furthermore, the Organizer is granted the right to grant simple sublicenses. Furthermore, the organizer is granted the right to edit the images submitted by the participant, which entitles the Organizer to edit and/or rearrange the template using analog, digital or other editing options while respecting the copyright.

8.3 If the participant violates the copyrights, industrial property rights, labelling rights or other property rights of a third party, the participant undertakes to indemnify the Organizer in full from all justified claims of the third party arising from the violation of rights. The participant is also obliged to bear the costs of the necessary legal defence including all court and lawyer's fees, this does not apply if the participant is not responsible for the infringement.

9. applicable law The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all legal relations between the parties. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
