As a parental leave replacement for our colleague, we are looking for a: People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on operational HR issues.
The position starts on September 15th and is limited to 15 months and is available full-time (32 hours/4-day week) or part-time by arrangement.
The focus will not be on recruiting or personnel strategy, but rather on supporting the team in their day-to-day work, personnel administration, and maintaining our culture and internal communication.
Your Responsibilities
Operational HR management & team support
- Supporting the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and documentation
- Working with the tax office on payroll accounting
Administrative HR work
- Creating and maintaining contracts, references, and personnel data
- Managing the people and culture, office, and legal budgets in coordination with the CFO
- Coordinating and communicating with external service providers
Personnel development & corporate culture
- Organizing feedback and development meetings
- Implementing ongoing measures for employee retention, team development, and workplace health promotion
- Promoting an open, appreciative feedback culture
What You Bring to the Table
- Degree or training in human resources management, psychology, business administration, or similar
- Several years of experience in a generalist human resources management role, preferably in a medium-sized company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and operational human resources work
- Empathy, organizational kills, and strong communication skills
- Confident use of Microsoft 365, ideally also Personio
- Structured and independent way of working
- Fluent German, English skills are an advantage

What You Can Expect at MYMARINI
- Work-life balance is very important to us. As part of our commitment to a healthy work-life balance, we have been working a 4-day week since January 1, 2024.
- Your full-time position is therefore 32 hours, split between Monday and Thursday.
- You have 6.5 weeks of vacation per year (26 days with a 4-day week).
