Sustainability and responsible resource consumption are two of our most important priorities at MYMARINI. To call attention to the environmental impact of sending packages back and forth and the hidden costs of shipping and labor, we charge a €4 fee for each return. This fee is intended to encourage more mindful consumption.

To return your MYMARINI, simply visit our returns page to find our returns portal. We provide detailed information there about how to return your MYMARINI if you live in Germany or Austria. Unfortunately, our returns portal is not yet available for other countries. In that case, please return your MYMARINI to this address: MYMARINI SHIPPING DEPARTMENT, Im Haelmenwinkel 3, 78098 Triberg, GERMANY

For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice also needs to be attached to the outside of the package. The package also needs to be labeled with the word “Rücksendung” — this can be written on the box by hand. (If you do not label the package in this way, you may have to pay import duties.)

Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition including all tags. Please wear underwear when trying on your MYMARINIs. Also, to prevent unnecessary waste, we’d appreciate it if you could enclose the original MYMARINI box in your return package.
