B2B Sales Lead (w/m/d)

For the next stage of growth at MYMARINI GmbH, we are looking for a successor to our B2B Sales Lead – with a clear focus on sustainable, international expansion.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy acquiring new customers while also building long-term partnerships across different European markets. The main focus is on targeted acquisition of major key accounts, ideally through approaches such as pop-ups, events, or highly individual concepts.

What matters most to us is a strong sense for market and account potential in different regions, clear prioritization based on brand fit and scalability, and the ability to develop opportunities strategically.

What we are also looking for

• someone who takes ownership, sets clear priorities, and drives topics forward independently
• enjoyment in reliably supporting our (international) B2B customers, especially during intensive order phases
• a true team player mindset: enthusiasm for teamwork, open & empathetic communication, and collaboration with internal teams as well as our agents in DACH and Benelux
