Our Commitment
With this document, MYMARINI commits to respecting internationally recognised human rights, promoting fair working conditions, and protecting the environment across our entire value chain.
Our commitment is based on:
- the International Bill of Human Rights (including the UDHR)
- the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (ILO)
- the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs)
- the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
These principles apply to all employees and to all partners, suppliers, and contractors throughout our value chain.
Respect for Human Rights and Labour Standards
All employees and partners must adhere to the following requirements:
- Free choice of employment – no forced, bonded, or involuntary labour
- No child labour – employment below legal minimum age is strictly prohibited
- Non-discrimination – employment decisions are based solely on competence and performance
- Fair wages – compensation meets or exceeds legal standards and progresses toward living wages
- Working hours – compliant with legal requirements; overtime is voluntary, limited, and fairly compensated
- Freedom of association – workers may form or join organisations and engage in collective bargaining
- Health and safety – safe and healthy working conditions must be ensured
These principles are binding across our entire value chain.
