The Material
We choose our suppliers by the way they work, the role sustainability plays in their production, whether they are open to innovations and how close we can connect and work together to constantly optimize all production steps.
SWIMWEAR
Our main swimwear fabric contains 82% ECONYL® and 18% elastane and is produced under fair conditions and environmentally friendly in Italy. ECONYL® yarn is 100% regenerated from carpets, fabrics, fish nets and other nylon waste. In addition, our fabric is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Global Recycling Standard (GRS) certified, chlorine resistant and protects you from the sun (UPF 50+).
We use this fabric for our CLASSIC Collection, BLACK LINE and MINI Collection, as well as for details in our RETREAT WEAR Black and all NEW SUMMER & SHINE styles. The fabric is very comfortable to wear and offers the beloved “Mini-Shape-Effect”. It is one of the highest quality fabric and extremely durable. All styles made out of this fabric are double layered and reversible.
Our supplier in Italy is committed to the mission of green manufacturing. Through innovative technologies less water is used. The water is used in up to five cycles and 62,3% of the entire water use can already be fully recycled and returned directly back to nature. This is how a minimal impact to the environment is ensured. The amount of emissions is even ten times lower than regulated by law.
SWIM APPAREL
The ribbed fabric of our SWIM APPAREL Collection is also made out of ECONYL®. We created a new line made out of this super stretchy and flexible fabric. It is created to make you feel comfortable. You can wear the active looks inside and outside the water. They are double layered but not reversible.
STRIPES
Our STRIPES fabric is sourced in Italy and also meets our standard for fair working conditions. It consists of 58% Nylon and 42% Elastane.
We chose this fabric because of its unique surface feel. The material is soft and flattering and feels like a second skin. You will be surprised by the luxury and „garment-like“ touch of this innovative fabric. All styles made out of this fabric are single layered and not reversible.
ORGANIC COTTON
Our organic cotton fabric is sourced and produced under fair conditions. The organic cotton grows in India and is woven in a local production to keep short distances within our supply chain.
Both of these processes are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria.
The fabric is finished and dyed in Germany. We chose this fabric because of its wonderful touch. It flows softly around your body and feels light on your skin.

LOUNGEWEAR
All LOUNGEWEAR styles are made of 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell. The high-quality fibers are produced from wood from certified and controlled regions – from forests that are managed sustainably. The result is a soft, fluid fabric that lies gently on the skin and is perfect for our lightweight loungewear. TENCEL™ is a brand of Lenzing AG.ADDITIONALS
