If you like to order a different size, color or style, please feel free to just place a new order in our online shop.

Returns are super simple and free! Just click on the link to our return portal in your tracking email. Follow the instructions, select the nearest post office, print your shipping label and drop it of there - free of charge. The link is in your last tracking email you received on the very bottom.

If you can't find the link, click HERE and fill in your tracking number and ZIP code.

If you can't use the return portal for any reason please contact our customer service: service@mymarini.com

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase costs. Please make sure returns are made within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with all tags. Please try them on only with underwear. Please try to also include the original MYMARINI-box, this helps preserving our environment.
