Your tasks

• Manage the store team, including personnel planning
• Key performance indicator-supported assurance of economic success for our store
• Responsible for the budget
• Optimize the assortment, purchase additional brands, and achieve set sales targets
• Implement marketing activities as well as the presentation of goods in the store according to the specifications of our creative team (e.g. MYMARINI Forest, Inspiring Women, etc.)
• Competent advise and support our customers in their shopping experience in our store
• Manage all checkout procedures including the sale, complaints, etc.
• Responsible for cash balance and reports
• Coordination of the daily business
• Sell actively
• Plan & implement sales promoting events in the store (e.g. community events, store birthday)
• Develop and maintain the customer base
• Maintain the Google business store account
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team

Your expertise

• Several years of experience in personnel management and store management, in fashion retail or in a comparable, service-oriented area
• You are familiar with key business figures and always have a budget overview
• You easily become acquainted with new systems — preferably, you have experience with different resource planning systems and cash register systems
• You keep track of everything and know what needs to be done with no instructions needed
• You enjoy interacting with customers and supporting them
• You set clear goals for yourself and your team and make sure to achieve them
• You have a friendly and courteous manner
• You don’t mind working on Saturdays
• You have strong communication skills and are passionate about sustainable fashion
